​PROJECTS

York Greenways activities can be divided into "Core Activities" which might included litter picking and infrastructure maintenance, and "Projects" for which separate funding is secured. 
To date Projects have included -
Railway to Greenway - funded by Heritage Lottery
Wildflower Survey - funded by Two Ridings Foundation
Murals - an ongoing project of which Phase 1 was funded by the Friednds of the Trans Pennine Trail. Funds are now being sought for Phase 2
